Participation fee: 100 € 

Deadline for registration: March 15th, 2016

It is expected that all participants submit an abstract for a poster or - if no poster is to be presented - a motivation letter for taking part in the conference.
Please note that your registration will only be confirmed after it has been accepted by the selection committee and if payment is received on time. Payment details will be included in the acceptance email. Accommodation is not included in the participant fee. Participants will receive notification for acceptance until March 30th, 2016.


Participation fee includes:

  1. welcome reception on Mon, July 4th
  2. coffee breaks and light lunches
  3. participants’ dinner on Wed, July 6th
  4. lunch box on Thu, July 7th

All accepted participants are invited to present a poster. Dimensions of the poster boards are 0.95 m (width) by 1.35 m (height). We are glad to announce that there will be several poster prizes awarded to the best poster presentations.


Payment will be completed by bank transfer in advance. Details will be provided upon acceptance for participation. Please make sure that all bank fees are paid by the applicants’ institution. Payment by cash or credit card at the conference is not possible.
